This week we have been working on our independence and self care. This has involved us practising putting on and doing up our coats, using our knives and forks correctly at lunch time and changing for PE.
LQ: Can I practise my independence skills?
At home can you practise your knife and fork skills? Remember to hold them correctly and use a forward and backward movement wit the knife to cut through the food.
Can you also practise putting on your coat and doing it up? We know zips can be challenging but keep going!
